I used about one third of the concentrate to fill a 1.5L bottle with working fixer.
Can the remaining concentrate be refrigerated? I'd like to maximise its shelf-life.

TIA!

I stored mine in the plastic bottle it came in, in the basement, in normal basement conditions. It was good three years later. YMMV.

I always mix it all at once because the concentrate is not fully dissolved....its possible by mixing just part, you are not getting the right amount of the chemicals in the part you use.

I always just shake the concentrate really, really well and I've *never* had a problem.

It will keep longer as a stock solution than mixed, so if you mix it thoroughly and then mix up what you need, you'll tend to be able to keep the unused portion longer.

Same here. Would not know where to store 4 gallons mixed otherwise nor how long so much would take me to use!

Store the concentrate in a cool but not cold location.
