Hey everyone . i Just Got my hands on a 100L Kit of Tetenal CD-LR Developer , unfortunately with no starter . The person who sold me the kit told me i can mix 1 Litre of Stock Replenisher solution and do two things to compensate for it;s harsh developing . First one being to fog some film and develop so it gives the developer its needed bromine to get seasoned or to compensate for developing times until the solution gets seasoned and i can use normal times . i went with the first solution and fogged and developed some old Kodacolor(expired in 2008) I had on hand and then Developed a Couple Rolls of FujiColor C200 exp 2021 and the results were amazing , Perfect saturation and details but the question i have is how can i Keep the developer i have now seasoned and working and not having to mix new solution everytime and develop some fogged rolls in it ?
I read that the replenishment rate for this developer is 23ml per a roll of 24 exposure 35mm film . does it mean i can make a fresh 1 litre of replenished and add 23 ml everytime i develope a roll ?
And if it can resulft in getting bromide dragging .

The replenishment rate is for minilab processors. For other kind of processing, like manual inversion tanks, you will need to find it by yourself but it would be much higher than 23 ml/roll.

I would recommend to find some Tetenal CD-S starter. You can find it easily in Europe for around 15€ per liter, and 1 liter seasons 25 liters of CD-LR working solution.
