I use it one-shot in a Jobo. I find easier and more reliable to use the minimum volume one-shot (100-120 ml) than trying to replenish a bigger quantity.

Replenished. MP90, but it's all in a similar vein. I have a 2.5l working stock that I keep replenishing and I use it in my RT machines or in a tray if I want to do a quick & dirty print. I recently mixed fresh working stock; before that I had been using it (with replenishment) for a year or two. Stored in PET bottles.
The required one: Enviroprint Developer Starter AC.

Anybody knows who sells this in UK? I have only found the distributor but they don't cater end user like me.

Otherwise fill out the contact form on originalphotopaper.com and indicate you're looking for a retailer of minilab RA4 chemistry; they'll forward to their UK office and they might set you up with a name of a distributor. Other options include making friends with someone running a lab/minilab and seeing if they are willing to help you out, or just call one of the B2B distributors and ask if they sell to retailers, and then follow that trail.

I’ve checked Process Supplies but they sell CPRA version which is different as far as I know then MP90/60/160.
I’ll check with Fuji and the lab in here if they sell
Edit: it looks like the difference is working temperature, EnviroPrint is at 38C, CPRA is at 35C. Also replenishment rate for CPRA is higher. That’s about it I think

I hoped you've found some "shortcut". The need to use the starter with Fuji Enviroprint developer line basically doubles the cost of one-shot usage (it's 80ml of developer and 120ml of starter (lol!) for a liter of 'tank solution'). Seems ridiculous, but yes, it's still not enough (at current prices) to push me towards replenished use, though...
The starter is more expensive than the developer but still cheap, at least the last time I bought. It was 10€ for a bottle of 1 liter.
It is 0,80€ per liter of developer working solution. Taking into account that I use 100-110 ml per print, the starter cost is 0,08€ per print. The developer concentrate is 0,03€ per print
I have no problem with a total of 0,11€ of developer cost per print.
Yes, CPRA is different; it's two concentrates instead of one. However, they also sell the starter.
Replenishment of CPRA is around 220ml/m2 off the top of my head. Fuji recommend it for low-volume use.
Don't get hung up on these numbers. RA4=RA4. You can use either the MP series or CPRA at any temperature you like.

Can I still use 35C 45s with MP160 or do I need to extend dev time to compensate 3C drop.
I use 35C 45s with the sibling MP90. You could do a test to see the difference; I expect you'll see a slight color shift, but the same dmax. Regardless of what chemistry you use, use whatever time + temperature you find convenient as long as it gives a good, solid black. And I wouldn't go above 40C or so.
Really? I suppose that you mean compared to other practices. In absolute terms and for private use (non commercial) I find it negligible.
Relatively speaking, yes. In an absolute sense, too, although not prohibitively so, of course.
After many years of doing b&w, I find that the total cost of RA4 printing (chemistry, paper, electricity, water) is SO LOW, that I feel like a king. I don't bother doing test strips with color prints, and when I am in doubt if the filtration is right, I just pop 3 or 4 more sheets with different settings into my ACP302 just to be sure that I got the best result, and the cost isn't even close to one b&w print of the same size. It's a pity C41 films' prices went up so much in recent years, because back in 2019 I could get 3-pack of Kodak Gold 200 for less than 9 euros, and a 10-pack of Kodak Color Plus for 22 euros.

Did a test roll in the Adox CTEK C41. Portra 800, 120 roll on the 30 degree programme as recommended by ADOX. Results are excellent and very impressed with the kit. The chemicals are very easy to mix and the instructions are clear.
Would be nice to see it offered more widely in the UK
