Is anyone using this paper, and how does it compare to Ilford MG IV Fibre paper in terms of reliability and consistency?

The one designated as Type 3 perhaps? There are/were several available.

Hello Miha

This is the information from their website:"TT Baryt Vario is a variable contrast heavy weight paper on white baryta fibre base. The gradation range from extra soft (00) to hard (4). It features deep blacks and bright whites. Exceptionally fine grey scale. The wide exposure latitude and the high processing tolerance allow safe working with this paper on analogue exposure systems. Surface: glossy"

It would be interesting to know the country of manufacture of this material (and hence we could deduce the manufacturer). Could someone look on their paper box and see what it says please?!

Germany. It wouldn't surprise me if they manufactured much of Ilford's chemicals. Meanwhile, what's Tetenal's association with Agfa?

Germany, hmmm. Interesting. Now I'm wondering if that is simply the address of Tetenal (and/or the sizing and packing facility) or the address of the actual manufacturer. Thank you for the information!
