Hi all,
I was wondering if this is lens fog or just Coating? Its a 1957 tessar 2.8f 80mm For P6.

Link: Tessar Lens

I have no idea is that is Coating or Fog.

Ty!

The lens is coated, and there has been some film build up.

I disagree. The lighting of the lens is such that all one can tell for certain is the front element is coated. I have a lens in front of me on the desk, depending on the angle of light, it looks either badly hazed or very colorful. The lens is spotlessly clean, but I could photograph it either way.
I'd be suspicious of the lens in the link, perhaps the seller can privide better photos. It can be very difficult to see haze, either in a photo or in person. A point source light in a faily dim room is best.

Looks like internal haze to me. The lighting is nicely even across the front element, so the uneven build up is what you see in the differing shadow density in the reflection just above the aperture blades, not uneven lighting.
