Having closely examined the cassettes and the packaging, I'm 99.99% sure that this new Arista 400DX film appears to be made by Ilford.

UPDATE:

This semester, my students are shooting this new Arista DX 400 packaged in metal cassettes, made in England.
Some students are getting up to 39 exposures on a roll.
The cassettes are easy to open in the darkroom
Excellent results, similar to HP5+, slightly thinner base.
We are processing in HC-110 diluted 1:31 for 6-7 minutes @70*F.
The grain structure is fairly tight….less grainy than Fomapan 400.

If you are processing this film in a developer, other than HC-110, kindly let me know your results.
