For Sale Telescope adapter

I received this in some darkroom items I bought last year. I don't have a telescope and I have no use for it. I really don't know anything about using it. There are some nylon adapters and a blue filter. I think it is all there for a setup but I am not sure. I don't know how it would mate to the camera if it does. If anyone wants this, and know how to use it, I'll take $10.00 plus shipping for it. There aren't any instructions with it. I can take paypal if needed.
Maybe someone here in star shooting can explain more than me on how to use it.
