Contact Odyssey Sales - they are the successor to De Vere & have all the drawings, depending on exactly what you are trying to do. Why do you need the technical drawings anyway?
You may be hard pressed to find such a drawing. Your best bet may be to have a fellow member take some measurements for you.
Which particular model of 504 do you have, and which particular carrier are you after? The one with built in blades, or the one for drop in masks?
The De Vere #1978 Negative Carrier will work with MK2 and MK2 504 Enlargers and uses drop in negative masks. You may find buying used drop in masks is still cheaper than having them made!

I am looking into the possibility of using a De Vere 504 negative carrier in a Beseler 45MXT.
If its size doesn't work for the Beseler, I will try to replicate the idea of a single holder with inserts for various formats for my enlarger. I am not happy with the options I have from Beseler in that regard.
Hence my question, after having searched high and low for those measurements on the Interweb.
The negative stage of the Beseler is 210 x 210 mm with a centered round opening of 174 mm.

You may find the limiting factor will be the thickness of the negative carrier, rather than the horizonal dimensions. It sounds like your after the De Vere #1908 negative carrier with 4 way masking, but this is much thicker than the Beseler pancake style holders. (A fellow member may be able to provide the exact dimensions.)
The MK1 negative holders for the De Vere 54 are quite similar to the ones used used for the Beseler 45MXT, though they may not be be superior when used with your enlarger.
Are you attempting to resolve a functional issue or one of operator preference? If your current negative carrier is not faulty then it may be a case of tolerating any minor inadequacies.

@oliton let me know exactly what you want to achieve & I'll have a look at my Beseler 45cb7 with both 504 generations of holders this evening - I don't think either will work because the Beseler is reliant on location pins under the carrier, whereas De Vere use location stops on the chassis. If you really want the De Vere carrier experience, I'd strongly recommend actually just getting a 504 - it is vastly better than the Beseler in design, build, durability, ergonomics.
Edit: Have now investigated the practicalities - the 1908 carrier is too fat to fit the gap in the Beseler chassis, the 1978 will fit. The problem remains that of accurate location - and unless you can fit the location pins needed by the Beseler chassis you'll be spending a lot of time aligning things. I do have a plan somewhere that I drew up from a scanned 1978 with the intention of making a fixed opening size sandwich carrier (De Vere made something not dissimilar - some customers only enlarged one or two formats & had no need for a universal carrier - and it is very convenient not to have to change inserts routinely).
As you seem to be implying that what you find most troublesome about the Beseler is the single size carriers, you might want to investigate getting a universal glass Beseler carrier & removing the glass, then getting some inserts cut for that. It wouldn't be very difficult for a reasonably skilled maker/ metalworker & they could be quite readily water cut.

I wish I could get a 504, trust me.
So the 1908 is too fat but the 1978 might fit. Is it wide and deep enough? Could I modify it to have alignment pins for the 45 base?

@oliton 504's (and given your location in Europe, 507's - which apparently had a significant enough French market for the 1000w head to be developed for them) do pop up not infrequently. If you use a De Vere routinely, you'll find that the 1978 carrier is rather fiddlier/ more annoying to use than the 1908 - and, given the choice, a set of fixed format sandwich carriers might actually be preferable - this is why I am questioning your aim to use De Vere carrier parts on the Beseler.
Having had a look at the De Vere inserts against a Beseler carrier, the corners of the inserts come to within 5mm of the edges of the Beseler carrier, which will be nowhere near strong enough if cut out to fit them - what I am suggesting is that you would be better off forgetting entirely about using De Vere inserts & instead make your own that can be used in place of the glass insert in the Beseler universal glass carrier - you'll end up at the same point.
