Tech Pan & Stand Development?

I understand that Kodak's Techical Pan film is extremely contrasty so am I mad to try souping it in Rodinal stand developement? I have a few rolls but never used this film much in the past so it will be just a bit of craic (fun).

Has anyone done this?

Tech Pan is also notoriously prone to uneven development. It is one film I would NOT try with stand development.
