TCS-1000 Error Code E02

I am getting an error Code on my Cinestill TCS-1000.
It is showing E02

Anyone run into this?

Did you overfill the water jacket and/or somehow got water into the device?

More likely the device overheated because the water tank level got so low that it exposed the heating element to air, so it could not be cooled. I would not do this too many times, or your heater is likely toast. If he had pull a leak so water got into the device, it would be smoking pile of tin and plastic.

The great news is that Cinestill standing behind the product and exchanging it.
I can't say enough good things about them!
