Take a look at this video of this fellow doing reverse RA

He shoots with an 8 x 10 Sinar P with RA paper.

Just a pity that there was no explanation with it. It looks as if he develops an RA4 sheet in b&w developer in the dark at presumably normal rom temp ( in his case in a Jobo drum) , then exposes it to light and then in normal room light uses RA4 developer, stop? and blix for presumably the times needed at room temperature and the result is a shown? The result looks pretty good

Is it as simple as this and if so how long for the re-exposure to light and are my other presumptions correct?

He shoots a RA4 reversal color positive using an Afghan-style box camera to expose and do the first development inside the box, then the bleach and color development in daylight outside the box. Excellent video! Reminds me of my days printing on the old EP2. I had to do mental gymnastics to figure out the color balance. The good think about RA 4 is that it's dirt cheap to do. Here's a video by Joe Van Cleave. He's a true Renaissance man.
