Hello.
in the T-MAX bottle, there is an instruction to mix the stock solution (1+4).
after i made the mixing i call it work solution.
in some sites (like "digitaltruth") the instruction is to mix the stuff for developing as 1+4.
my question is what is it mean, to add 4 water with 1 work solution?
or work only with the work solution (that i mixed anyway)

1+4 is the standard working dilution for T-Max developer. One part stock solution to 4 parts water. You do not dilute it further.

Some folks use it diluted 1+7 from stock to make developing times a bit longer.

I would not dilute the stock solution until just before use.

Mix one part of the Tmax dev concentrate with four parts water.

In other words, put 200ml of conc into 800ml of water. That's your 1 litre of dev.

Use this litre to do about 12 films. (or if you're like me, quite a few more).

It says on my little bottle of Tmax dev to increase the dev time 10% after the first four, and again after the second four. (I must admit, I never do this).

Thanks

Thank you all, it was help me to understand, thanks!
