Yes, but the scale is an analog dial which is printed on sheet metal. i was shooting for 70 degrees and hit this 69.3 on the first try. I only need to plug it in and it repeats exactly. The temperature range is 40f to 100f. The thermostat has a jumper which can be set to allow cooling or heating, mine is set to heat. FYI I bought the 120" model and the optional thermostat (there is no link on their site to the thermostat, you need to search the product number) total cost was about $169 US. I received it in one day, seems like a good company. I need to look at their other products, maybe pigs and photos have some synergy!!..EC

Since being inspired by Murray's great pig warmer, I have found another nifty item which is not intended for photo use. It's snow season here in Milwaukee and it's deep. I bought a 42" Jet Sled ice fishing sled for $16.95 and it is great! It slides easily enough that it could be a trained dog and it carries my 4x5 kit, my 8x10 kit, tripod and a pack with film holders...I love it...EC

I was dwelling on just that last night as I was hauling our daughter home from a New Years party on her plastic sled...much easier than carrying her! They make really hard core ones for being pulled by skiers too. Google here I come

I also use one of these Kane mats in my darkroom, which gets
rather cool in winter. I got one without a thermostat, instead
I use a variac (since I had one) and watch the thermometer in
the developer tray. It works. I think the potted plants biz has
similar products for warming seed trays.

I just saw Evans post on the sled and I nominate him for 2008.
I am taking Les McLean and Sandy King on a winter cabin photo shoot in Feb and as I walked into work I was wondering how in the hell would those two old coots carry their gear... now I know... In fact if the old buggers can't handle the slugging I can pull them back to the cabin.

If your after something like that you can also get heating "mats" for under tropical fish tanks. One of those and a thermostat in your tray controlling the exact temperature and BAM!
