Well, I went into the darkroom this morning and printed for about 3 hours. The room temperature was 64 degrees. I plugged the pig heater in, it came up to 69.3 in about 10 minutes and stayed there, I checked it about every 30 minutes..Evan Clarke
Roger,
In the days when I tied my nikkie-tams below my knees (a bit to the north), A cow was called a "coo", a sow a "soo"... but somehow ewe was pronounced "yow"....
go figger!
Ken
In all fairness, aren't you glad a ewe wasn't called "dear"?...

Evan - 69.3 degrees w/ the ambient room temp at 64. How was the thermostat set? Can you set it lower to acheive temps of 67-68 degrees? Thanks for your testing!
I was dwelling on just that last night as I was hauling our daughter home from a New Years party on her plastic sled...much easier than carrying her! They make really hard core ones for being pulled by skiers too. Google here I come

Ok,,, Murray had to win the 2007 tip of the year with his pig warmer,* I have one and it works real well, except a bit hard to sleep on*
I just saw Evans post on the sled and I nominate him for 2008.
I am taking Les McLean and Sandy King on a winter cabin photo shoot in Feb and as I walked into work I was wondering how in the hell would those two old coots carry their gear... now I know... In fact if the old buggers can't handle the slugging I can pull them back to the cabin.
thanks evan
