Hi All,
"A friend" is a member of a darkroom coop, they are having a lot of problems. There is a lot of grumblings among members about the structure, theft, budget transparency, equality, favoritism etc. "The friend's" darkroom will be having a big meeting about it in a few months. I was hoping someone could point out an some organizational examples of one that is working well. Preferably written code / rules, how consensus works, voting, electing president (if one even exists)... that sort of thing.
Please, constructive replies only. Thanks in advance.
