Hi

Ive recently got some polaroid polychrome film and a processor
when processed the neg is still stuck to the positive which i can remove with running water and gentle rubbing
but the positive gets scratched doing this
dose anybody have a chemical solution to remove the neg without rubbing

You might try a mildly alkaline solution such as a 1% solution of sodium metaborate or a 2% solution of sodium sulfite.
