My Hassleblad 503cx has a light leak. At first I thought the film back is the culprit.
But the light leak is exactly the same at the same place in almost every frame.

Any clues?

Is the back tight against the body?

What is the condition of the light seals around the dark slide and also the back?

yes, the back seem to be tight, the camera and back looks good inside and outside. It was CLA'd 5 years ago by certified serviceman.

The most likely culprit is the light seal for the dark slide. The positioning is about right.

An easy test would be to put a piece of black tape over the slot and run a roll through, or the rest of the roll in the camera.

Thanks for suggestions (black tape). Rebates are clear. The strange thing is that the position is constant and the leak is of low intensity, which is about the same in each photo.

take the lens off n put a bright light inside. check in a dark room for light at the slide n back mating surfaces.
