Well, the guy is not doing you any favors anyhow. If I was to buy 1 kg from artcraft or B&S I would probably get the same price. I beleive some guys made a purchase here where the price was about 5 or 6 bucks....

Interesting. Now we will all start getting emails about how some guy in Kenya has a truckload of Amidol that he needs to get out of the country. He has heard that you are a trustworthy person and if you can just help him out... :D

I find the idea of esoteric alternative process spam to be rather interesting. The spammers are now targeting a bit more closely than they used to.

I got the same email. Like Jorge said, you can get similar prices without having to risk ordering from the Sultan of Mumbai.

I used to be a Qmail Email server admin and the best thing to do, is never, ever reply back to anything. That just means your email address is "alive". Kinda like if you walk down the block, and knock on every door. You'll see which one answers and which ones don't. The one's who answer, will get more junk because they know that there is someone is actually there.

It is interesting that the spam email is very demographically aware.

Just to remain geographically correct in the origin of our SPAM, Mumbai is the "modern" offical name of Bombay, India. :D

Curious and armed with Google I found that Dr. Dipak Hadawale Ph.D. does indeed exist and his company is a legitimate exporter of chemicals, mostly for the electroplating industry.

I going to Bombay in December, anybody want me to bring back a sack or two of Palladium Chloride :D :D :D

WOuld these bags be filled condoms you swallow just before getting on the plane?

What, they don't have sultans in India??

India, where Mumbai (Bombay) is, has a parliamentary goverment. One of the richest people in the world is the Sultan of Brunei, which is, amazingly enough, a sultanate.

Mumbai (moom-bye) and Brunei (broon-aye) is probably where the confusion lies.

Not confusion, just an (admittedly lame) attempt at a little humor. I just thought "Sultan of Mumbai" had a nice ring to it.

If you really wanted to pay the shipping from Bombay (I refuse to use those new "swadeshi" names until "Allahabad" is changed back to "Prayag") please be sure to include your credit card number, bank account number and branch, your blood group, and also a scan of your fingerprint.
