The did respond after a few days, took my order and got it shipped really quickly! I think I was just missing them during their shortened COVID hours..

On a related note, I purchased a couple of (uncalibrated) wedges from them late last year and received them in a very reasonable timeframe. Communication was swift via email and the transaction was entirely trouble-free and pleasant.

Same here, except I had to call them and give my bank card number. It seems the only way of payment they support.
