Anyone order anything from them lately? I need a densitometer calibration strip. I've tried calling with no answer and have gotten no reply to my email.

In April I ordered step wedges by phone and received them quickly.

Was in contact with them in the last few weeks about getting an RGB densitometer calibration strip (which they unfortunately can't supply) - possibly check your spam folder?

The did respond after a few days, took my order and got it shipped really quickly! I think I was just missing them during their shortened COVID hours..

I bought some hand calibrated step wedges to calibrate my Xrite 810 last year.

On a related note, I purchased a couple of (uncalibrated) wedges from them late last year and received them in a very reasonable timeframe. Communication was swift via email and the transaction was entirely trouble-free and pleasant.

I just ordered some items yesterday via phone.

The product I landed on for densitometer use is the TC5100C
