Here are a few shots I got while my nephew and I were out hiking a couple weeks ago. The winds were really blowing, to say the least (70+ mph) I got knocked off my feet during a couple of gusts and my tripod didn't work too well. The winds blew the heavy duty tripod right over (luckily I caught my camera before it hit the ground).


Despite all that, It was a fun day on the mountain. I'll take rain, snow or high winds any day in the high country compared to the best of days in the flat lands :D


These were shot with my Mamiya RB67 medium format film camera. Taken on Foma 100 and developed in Rodinal at 50:1

Wow! Snow devils. Last time I saw those they were on a ridge above Ruby Lake in the eastern Sierra. While I got nice shots, yours blows me away because you're immersed in it.
