[STOLEN] Dallmeyer 6A lens, 4x5" and 8x10" Arca Swiss Cameras, Tripods

I don't know it this is right sub forums, but please be aware if some of the items show up in the market!

The following largeformat photography equipment was stolen during a burglary in a studio in Berlin at the 28th of October:
big brass lens 'Dallmeyer 6A' #19710 in a black transport case
- 8x10" view camera 'Arca Swiss Model C', black bellows, -aluminium standards
- 4x5" view camera 'Arca Swiss F-Line Compact' in a black transport case
- Gitzo GT2542L tripod
- Toyo Heavy Duty tripod
- Bowens Gemini 2x500Ws strobes in transport case

you might post something on quinn jacobson's site ( http://studioq.com )
and with some of the collodion groups like the collodion bastards ( http://collodionbastards.org )
and the masterplaters ( http://www.masterplaters.com )
so they might keep a look out for it too.

Or on a site classified advertisements. I'd look on German sites like Quoka, Kalaydo & Markt.

Thief either was targeting these items or stole something impossible to sell for quick cash. This is terrible.

No more news on the gear, but my insurance just covers about 25% of the damage. Therefore I started a Crowdfunding campaign to finance new gear and to continue my work.

I wonder who would steal something so unique that it cannot be sold without ringing an alarm bell hummm Can't be a connoisseur, unless the person wanted to keep the gears for himself which is unlikely. Obviously, it's someone who entered your studio before. Did you mentioned the value of your equipment to anybody? Anyone asking question?

hey there... unfortunately: no. I haven't heard a single thing from the police and didn't find anything on the internet about the gear. Anyways, I got myself a new camera around X-Mas so I am moving on, what is a good thing actually :-D
