I was doing some shooting with my 2000FC/M with a non leaf shutter lens (forgot the lettering of the lens). I took a total of 6 exposures. After shots 3 and 4, (the first exposures taken with a different back) the mirror didn't come back down until about 5 seconds. The shots before were good and the shots after were ok as well - the latter two shots were on the same back as shots 3-4. At first I thought it was the battery, which being a fairly new camera to me, I've never come to the end of a battery and don't know that to expect when it's time to change. Is this a sign of a battery going?
Another strange thing that happened was one of my backs actually came off without the dark slide in. I did not force it open, the little latch came apart as if the dark slide was in. Thankfully, they weren't very important exposures, but I don't want this to happen to me while shooting more important things!
