I have the Zenit SKF-1 stereo attachment om a Helios 58mm lens.
However I can't understand the russian manual.
Does anybody have recommandations for exposure compensation using this?

I am not sure why you would need to compensate the exposure. Unless there is some loss in the attachment, you are exposing the same film with the same light. I have a Stereo Realist and never even considered modifying the exposure.

Run a roll of E6 thru it and see how it comes out.

I wonder too.
(Leaving aside the loss taking place in the attachment itself, but such is typically not taken into account with other kinds of attachments either, unless doing TTL metering.)
