Some of us had gotten quite used to the old Harman DPP, but now that it's gone, we're using up the last bits we've squirreled away. I'd like to hear from Simon what progress has been made in pursuing a replacement.
As an alternative, I've also heard from the grapevine that coating silver gelatin emulsion on black paper can produce a positive image, in the way that tintypes work by the silver being more reflective than the darker support underneath. So perhaps a special emulsion isn't needed, just a black paper base?
Anyway, that's my inquiry for New Year's Day 2015.
