That may be true but this is surely only the case if you compare it to working out if B&H are now shipping chemicals or will be doing in the near future.

I remember when companies/retail outlets would bend over backwards to help customers. If they didn't have something in stock it was never a problem for them to order what you needed. Anything within reason to get and keep a customer. Now it seems they don't want to waste the time or slight hassle to do just that. I guess they figure there is somebody in line right behind you that they can get their money from if you should decide to do business elsewhere. Ahhh, the good old days are gone.
