Enameled "butcher's" trays that have no visible cracks, exposed metal will work on, however, Butcher Trays have a rounded up center, and r 'dome' and liquids will gather in the 'troughts' on the sides, so you'll need more chemistry to cover the prints.
If you use enameled trays, only use those made for photochemistry, made by reliable companies, to including old ones, with flat bottoms.
