Do negs developed in PMK work reasonably well for UV processes? A couple PMK-stained negatives have required exceptionally long UV exposures and still been underexposed.

I had nothing but trouble with negs developed in pyrocat-HD for the kallitype process. It wasn't until I set my EI at 400 (from 250) and developed less (from 10:30 down to 6:30) that I started getting better results. My exposure times are anywhere from 2 minutes to 5. Before much longer. My xtol negs work with no problems. I have decided to use xtol for the alternative process negatives.
