I forgot to show everyone the stabilizer bars that I made. These are out of 1/2" thick Walnut stock and they are 24" long. The screws are stainless and they fit into brackets on the bottom of the 8x20 camera bed. Quite easy to make. They do firm up the camera nicely and are not that heavy.
