Lens mount screws will hold the bottom plate for sure, but the heads won't be flush.

measure the outside diameter of an existing screw, the distance between thread peaks or valley centers, and the length all in millimeters.


It is much too small for me to measure diameter or thread pitch. I can barely hold it on the end of a jewelers phillips head. Tiny little thing.

I assumed that Pentax parts were standardized. My bad.

I counted 9 thread per 1/8 inch which translate by 28.57 thread per CM, according to this chart and the diameter is 1.5MM.
 
If someone else could confirm, it would be nice. Tiny little things heh
 
If you come across some battered camera of any japanese make for little money, get it for salvaging, it will bring up at least one screw you will need one day...

hahahaha and after 50 years, ive got buckets full! problem is, i use alot less than i collected.
