Hah. We have quite a few 'fixer uppers' around here also. 'Not uncommon to see a shot of them w/ the title: "Needs Paint". I enjoy seeing them in print or in person. I'm waiting for some bright afternoon light to light up a mailbox that's at the top of a telephone pole that has the lable: "Air Mail".
