I don't want a eyecup, just a thin, round ring that'll screw into the eyepiece. The ones for the F3 are too big, and all the rest I've seen are for digital. Thanks!
 
I think you're looking for Nikon part # 2925, many large photo stores should carry these, a quick check online shows that they're pretty common.
 
The same nice rubber-coated eyepiece that's used on the FM also fits Fuji GW6xx series.
 
Otherwise take a ruber eyecup, cut off the rubber cone and glue on instead a rubber O-ring of respective dimensions.
 
I took a look on eBay and couldn't find any of the eyepiece rings you're looking for. There's a guy local to me that sells this sort of stuff. The closest he gets is eyecups, though. So if you can't find what you're looking for, maybe take AgX's advice. Here's the listing for this guy's eyecups: eBay # 160996751414
