While we're at it-----does anyone have a source they can recommend for single sided emulsion x-ray film? My previous supplier no longer carries any at all, probably because the rise of digital x-rays.

Thanks,
Fred

Where are you located?

If you are in the US…
It has been a while but I bought some from ZZ Medical a while back and it seems they still sell it.

Yeah, in Tucson. Thanks for the reminder. I used ZZ Medical in the past for the Kodak film, but after it was discontinued I never went back. I'll contact them regarding single sided emulsion of the Fuji film.
Thanks------------

So, first post in a ... very long time.

I got some online a couple years ago - I'll dig through my e-mail for the invoice and post details.

For what it's worth, ebay is always worth a try!

Not quite an answer to your question, but I had a dental appointment a week or so ago. The person treating me was a dental student. He used film to take the x-rays. It was part of their training. First they use film as part of their training at that school. After they master film-based x-rays, then they switch to electronic sensors.
