Some New Street Photos (Taiwan)

I'm finally getting around to processing a backlog of film. Here are the first few street photos. There'll be more as I scan the negs, plus I have a couple rolls of 120 pinhole shots to process.

All are Tri-X in HC-110(B) through a CV 35/1.4 on a Bessa R2A.

And my favorite so far, Aidan and the Dolphin:

I really like the third and fourth shots. The lady pulling a cart through traffic is a real classic shot and should be in a book or magazine. The fourth one reminds me of my daily commute (except the train looks clean and comfortable and everyone has a seat). The "gag" reminds me of something I'd like to do to some of the more irritating commuters I'm forced to travel with.

Really nice work. What are you scanning them with?

Thanks! The scanner is just a really, really cheap 35mm film scanner I picked up at a Costco.

Thanks for sharing Brian. I miss Taiwan, haven't been back in 23 years. Are they of Taipei?

Nice to see. I'll be back in Taipei briefly next May, hopefully with more time for photography than last time .
