I'm in the process of replacing my isolette bellows. I removed the retaining nut off the back of the shutter, which is now slightly loose but does not want to come off. It feels like something metal is retaining it on, but I can't physically see anything. Any help? *glue was holding it on*

How did you break up that glue (force, solvent)?

I decided to tug on the bellows instead of pull on the shutter and it popped right off. The glue turned out to be fairly brittle due to age.
