SOLD! This is a very usable Eastman Improved #2 7X11" LARGE format camera. 7X11 is golden mean. Since ancient times we discovered in nature that this ratio is just inexplicably pleasing to our eyes and sensibilities. Think about jewel like Platinum Palladium contact prints.

The pictures of the camera and the 1917 Winton bus were taken in the field last month. The camera is a pleasure to use. I shot 4 sheets in not-so-good bright desert sunlight with this camera. The vehicle was only in town temporarily. Neither the Tripod or the Winton is included!!

Yes, the bellows are shot. Look at the pictures. I wrap the dark cloth around the bellows and it works just fine. Still it would be a worthy camera to replace the bellows for the long haul. They're easy to remove.

This is being sold with lens and 2 film holders. The lens is a JML? process camera no-name obviously a gauss type wide field lens. It's 210mm (f8 - f45) and covers the 711 format giving a real panoramic feel. Lens glass protrudes beyond the barrel and thus has some scratches and nicks. It makes excellent images! 210 is unusual for this much real estate. It's like a banquet camera.

7X11 is an extemely rare format. If you're into fabulous contact prints, jump on this! SOLD + U pay shipping

I have one of these and it is very fun to use and the size is great for contact printing. I don't even know if my bellows are shot because I always just throw a cloth over them and all is well. You need a sturdy tripod ( my tripod weighs as much as the camera, which is on the heavy side... but still portable if you are enthusiastic enough  I figure a mile from the car is about the limit...
