Fair condition, shows lots of wear on the barrel and focusing ring and aperture ring. Front element has lots of coating spots as shown in photos...Still takes fantastic photographs so it won't hurt my feelings if it doesn't sell as I like user grade gear that I'm not terrified of using. As far as I can tell, this is a pre-AI GAUSS version of this lens, not the earlier small rear element Sonnar version and not the later/smaller/lighter/faster focusing AIS style. Definitely no built in hood.

Focus is pretty smooth but "dry" or not damped enough so it could be smoother.

Lens is located in 92116, San Diego, CA and will ship via USPS.
