AFAIK, these have never been used, except the box that it came in looks in very sad shape, so I threw it out. There was just a post about them:

I received some mido 4x5 film holders in a lot with a speed graphic. They come with the adapter as well. Was curious if anyone knew how to use them as they have no instructions and have never seen them before. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the holder does not fit my Gibellini 4x5 so no point of keeping them. I bought the set for $62+shipping. Let's price them at $58 including US shipping.
