Lens glass is excellent for the 55mm lens. The Finder lens of the 180mm lens shows significant element separation, but it does not impact use of the Finder lens, and obviously will not affect the photograph. Shutter speeds for both lenses sound correct at the fast speeds, but may lag as the slow speeds (not unusual for older cameras).
The Focusing Screen has a break on the lower left corner, but it does not impair use of the screen. The screen is composed of a layer of clear glass over a layer of ground glass; only the clear glass is broken. The buyer should be able to get a new piece of glass of the same thickness from a window or glass shop in your area.
