Hi Everyone: it is dangerous to clean out the bookshelves, and you realize how much stuff you have accumulated. I found these Leica Fotografie International issues from the 1960s (all in English language). They include 5/65, then most of 1967, and all 6 issues of 1968. There is some neat material here, like introduction of the Leicaflex SL and the M4 - the E. Leitz classical era. They are in OK condition with some shelf wear, but intact. How does $40 sound, including postage via media mail to USA addresses?

I thought that magazines containing ads were not allowed to be sent via Media Mail.

I wondered about that as well. For a previous sale, I showed the package to the lady at the PO, and she said Media was fine. She did not open the contents and look at every page, but she was comfortable with media mail.

I guess it depends on who is examining the contents.
I doubt every Media Mail package is carefully scrutinized.
I've shipped magazines before I knew about the ad restrictions and they arrived safely.
But since then, I've not used Media Mail for magazines.
I don't agree with the Post Office regarding this restriction.
