This is a superb monolight, part of an excellent system from Godox. Flashpoint is Adorama's re-branded Godox line.
This is the Pro version, which gives extremely reliable, repeatable color temperature and power output.
The unit is new, I popped maybe 10 flashes, and found it was far more than I needed.
Includes battery, charger, flash head cover and small case.

Came for the gas stayed for the humor
Did you use it with any film cameras?
I’m trying to work out something that works with my Pentax 67 and Bronica Sq Ai.
I know I need triggers and cold to hot shoe adapters?

Jon, I haven't used it at all except to test it and make sure nothing was wrong with it.
But I just did a quick test now to give you an idea of what it can do.
Standing 10ft away, stock reflector installed, and my Sekonic L-308 meter set to ASA100, I got f11.8 at full power.
A more practical usage for medium format might be f8, which was achieved using 1/4 power. Recycle time is very quick, and adjustments are in 1/10 stop.
If you'd like other tests, I have a beauty dish, a 16" reflector, or a 1x3 soft box. The ubiquitous Bowens mount allows you to put any modifier on this unit and not spend too much on it.

Yes, you'll need an adapter cable, I bought these: https://www.amazon.com/2-5mm-12-Inch-Camera-Photography-Connector/dp/B075QZQXYR/ref=sr_1_7?crid=VRI0OOPGOYJL&dchild=1&keywords=Flash+PC+Sync+Cord+2.5mm+Plug+to+Male+PC+Sync+Cable&qid=1635512117&sprefix=flash+pc+sync+cord+2.5mm+plug+to+male+pc+sync+cable,aps,85&sr=8-7
And the best transmitter for this head, especially if you get more Godox/Flashpoint flashes, is this one: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/used/1383690/godox_xpros_xpro_s_ttl_wireless_flash.html
If you shoot digital, get the transmitter for your camera. I use Sony, so the link is for a Sony transmitter. If you're just using film cameras, then it doesn't matter.
With it you can control everything from the transmitter, and never fiddle with the flash unit. You can also control several different flash units, all from the transmitter.

I think I got a little excited and this seems too much for my needs. Thank you for all the info though.

This flash head paired with an older Flashpoint R2 TTL trigger(which has a PC Sync port)is my go-to setup when using the Hasselblad 500CM and Mamiya RZ67 in-studio. Great price, GLWS!

Thank you, and I've found the entire line of Godox Pro flash to be an excellent and well-integrated system.
This is now sold, thank you.
