Sold Everything For A Leica

I had many medium format cameras - best was Rolleiflex, I have used Hasselblad as well. I am not after that - 35mm quality is enough for everything I need to say. Only sometimes I use Diana F because I need square format with unique look.

No brainer to me. Was wopped by parents for spending of student loan on toys. Most likely was told to sell it and return money back to education.
Because this is not how you supposed to purchase your Leica.

In the end, all that matters is that the OP gets his degree...if I remember rightly, he was doing well with grades.
Life these days is a little harder without one.

All I am going to say about this is that I wished when I was in college I took more pictures. I have just a handful of pictures of my friends, roommates and such. I was too busy with school to take the time and I kind of regret it. You might say that people have cell phones for that type of stuff now but how many of those images are going to make it through the years? This is the reason I still shoot film...

Nothing of this matters because North Korea is going to start a nuclear war and win it. And when that happens loans and fees will be history, as university education is free in North Korea. He most certainly prefers digital so that people who've been recently executed (*) can easily be edited out of official photos.
