I bought this a few weeks ago, along with a Rebel K2. "I want a light-weight, high-IQ film setup," I thought. My wife, on seeing the camera, said "I don't understand the point of shooting film if you're just going to have the same experience as a DSLR." Did I have a response for that? Yes. It was "um." And, lo and behold, the camera was light but overly chubby and brought back annoying memories of my long-gone 2000s digital Rebel. No joy was sparked. IQ was good, but not any better than my Yashica FX-D and 50mm that only weighs a smidge more. And thus, goodbye lens.
