For Sale SOLD: Canon 40mm f/2.8 STM

I bought this a few weeks ago, along with a Rebel K2. "I want a light-weight, high-IQ film setup," I thought. My wife, on seeing the camera, said "I don't understand the point of shooting film if you're just going to have the same experience as a DSLR." Did I have a response for that? Yes. It was "um." And, lo and behold, the camera was light but overly chubby and brought back annoying memories of my long-gone 2000s digital Rebel. No joy was sparked. IQ was good, but not any better than my Yashica FX-D and 50mm that only weighs a smidge more. And thus, goodbye lens.

So, I want it out of here. Average eBay sold prices are in the $85-110-plus-shipping range, it seems. Therefore, I offer this for:

$85 including shipping to the CONUS.
Includes rear and front caps plus the Tiffen UV filter it came with. Were I you, that would likely go in the trash. Everything, by the way, is in fine shape.

I bought one of these a while back on a whim. Good lens. It sits on my little kid's obsolete (to me) DSLR.
