For sale is a nice (and relatively rare in this condition) Brooks-Plaubel Veriwide 100 with original Leitz viewfinder. An early version made in 1960 with "bull's eye" type spirit bubble.

Cosmetics are good, no dents or dings, leather has no peeling, chrome mostly intact except where the sports finder's eyepiece meets (see picture #4).

Freshly serviced last month, the 47/8 Super Angulon lens is clear and free of haze and fungus, but my technician told me he left a loose spring the the Compur shutter alone thus the 1 second setting is 1/3 slower than normal.

The Leitz finder looks fine but has faint marks of fungus infection (I shone UV light through it) and haze.

$975,

We split the Paypal, shipping is $20 in North America and depends else where.

Good evening Archlich,
How is the spacing between negatives, any overlap? Are the shutter speeds other than 1 second without fault?
Sincerely,
Sam H.

Hi Sam,

The spacing is as you may know it, narrower than a "proper", newer camera (i.e. my Mamiya 6) and sometimes uneven. But I hadn't have any overlap.

The other speeds sound good and compare to my electronic shutters well.

Thanks,

Steve
