Bent lens guard ring (not the lens rim) needs tool to remove
Paint worn off on rear element rim / non-original lens caps

Beautiful lens mounting, worthy of Swiss watchmaking excellence ..., and flawless presentation/condition - But I think someone is taking the proverbial here?
The photographs are I hope so badly taken that the lens is not looking really like so bad as this? What is for sale here, a great lens or a man's great reputation?

Apologies If I offend but this makes too little sense to me a photographer of 55 years practicing. Alan
