I am assisting the sale by making this post for Michael's wife, photographer Paula Chamlee. The lenses are located at their home and studio in Ottsville, Pennsylvania, 18942. Small mottling and flaws in front lens element coating
Bent lens guard ring (not the lens rim) needs tool to remove
Paint worn off on rear element rim / non-original lens caps

Beautiful lens mounting, worthy of Swiss watchmaking excellence ..., and flawless presentation/condition - But I think someone is taking the proverbial here?
The photographs are I hope so badly taken that the lens is not looking really like so bad as this? What is for sale here, a great lens or a man's great reputation?

Apologies If I offend but this makes too little sense to me a photographer of 55 years practicing. Alan
