softening non-leather bellows

My new to me 5x12 Korona has a composition bellows of some kind. Anyone have experience softening and making these bellows more flexible>

The bellows are likely Naugahyde so any good vinyl care product should work well. I not a fan of Armorall and do not recommend it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but these are not Naugahyde, these bellows are older than that.

Naugahyde came into existence in the 1940's, before that leather was used. As long as they are not cloth exterior the Pledge should work to some degree.
Does the camera have the original bellows or were they replaced at some point in time?
