I would say it's pooched, toss it and mix some fresh, next time, use glass beads or marbles to keep the level up high enough so it doesn't oxidize like that on you. I use a soft sided bottle so that I can toss glass beads into it to get the level close then squeeze slightly to get the last of the air out.

wogs, I don't normally keep them in one of these. This was just a "grab" container I was using for a bit. I let it sit around knowing I wouldn't be using it regularly.

Looks like 10w30.
 
I've got a little bit left of a test roll sitting around - I should see if it still does anything.
