Looks like you found the part. Now, the thing is, did it blow the device on the power input side or did that device or one downstream help blow the device in question. Looks like filter chokes and capacitors to damp out noise. I think I can read 2 x 13 mHenry on the stamping and that indicates reluctance value of the chokes used. The values of the capacitors are also given there.

You should be able to find that part.

Yesterday I replaced the component with the one suggested by Frank Szabo. The machine now turns on and I successfully developed a roll of B&W film last night.
